The Editor’s Pick

If you have called us, emailed us, live chatted us, sent us a hand written note on carrier pigeon, or communicated with us in any way in the last 6 months, you have probably talked to our customer service savior, Ashley @ LandCentral. She is a wealth of knowledge about land investing, so I thought why not ask Ashley what property she’s got her eye on right now!

“With paved road access, incredibly low property taxes, and a local economy that is improving quicker than the U.S. average, this Tennessee property can’t disappoint. A beautifully green and secluded property with plenty of nearby amenities, this property seems to offer both a sense of community and outstanding investment potential. You can even see a ground level view of the property using Google street view. If you don’t know how to use that tool, check out my blog post! – Ashley @ LandCentral
